Following much debate, the Committee have narrowed the choice for next year's Spring production down to two plays. A final decision will be made shortly and to help the process along we will be holding a reading of extracts from the two candidates on Monday 14 November starting at 7:30 pm at The Shottermill Club.
The two plays under consideration are Blue Remembered Hills by Dennis Potter "a deceptively simple tale that relates the activities of seven English children played by adults on a summer afternoon during World War II" and Around the World in Eighty Days by Laura Eason based on the famous novel by Jules Verne set precisely 150 years ago. Whichever is chosen will be directed by Ruth Ahmed and performance dates will be Thursday 27, Friday 28 and Saturday 29 April 2023 at 7:30 pm.
All are welcome to come along whether it be to take part or simply listen in. We look forward to seeing you there.
